Founder & CEO
Competitive physics medalist turned engineer and entrepreneur. 17 years turning messy data into reliable growth systems. Led work across Booking.com, eBay, and Securitas, after starting out in a fast moving enterprise software house. Built one of the largest advertising search engines on earth. Blends scientific clarity with practical product instinct. Now building the command center for AI search, NetRanks.
Adam Szpakowski
CTO & Head of Engineering
PhD physicist turned software engineer and system architect, with 25 years of engineering behind him. Spent eight years on eBay's and Adevinta's classifieds advertising platform, ending as its lead architect (a system serving entire markets in the Netherlands, Germany and Canada) after earlier roles at SAP and 360dialog. Was the technical lead for teams across four countries and still writes code. At NetRanks, responsible for the platform architecture, engineering processes and the technical side of the product.
Anna I. Bondarenko
COO & CFO
Operator, entrepreneur and finance leader with 15+ years of experience building and scaling international technology companies across multiple markets. Previously COO at Demyst (through its acquisition by Feedzai) and the first COO/CFO at techbio unicorn Owkin, where she helped scale the company from seven people to 150 across five countries. After starting her career in investment banking, Anna began her entrepreneurial journey by founding and selling her own company. At NetRanks, she leads operations, finance, legal and HR, building the foundations for the company's next stage of growth.

Applied mathematician turned engineer. 20+ years turning ideas into algorithms, and algorithms into systems that hold under load. At eBay, Adevinta and Marktplaats, ran the live experiments behind double-digit-point lifts in revenue and relevancy, on traffic above ten thousand requests a second. Trusts a model only once it beats the odds on data it has never seen. At NetRanks, owns the science behind the Answer Impact Model (AIM): the models that forecast where a brand will stand in AI answers and why, and the measurement that shows whether the changes moved it.
Pieter Droogendijk
Senior Backend Engineer Search
Backend heavyweight since the '90s and early Go contributor, Pieter helped architect and build the multi-tenant search and advertising engine powering Marktplaats, Kijiji and other eBay classifieds, serving around ten thousand queries per second. He now brings deep search, relevance and adtech experience into NetRanks' AI search stack.

Seasoned software engineer with 15 years building and scaling data-driven platforms across finance, healthcare and search. Helped design and run the pay-per-click ads and search optimization stack behind one of the world's biggest classifieds platforms in Benelux, Germany and Canada, using experiments and content strategies that increased profit by about €1.5M, experience he now channels into NetRanks' search engine.
